Kiln Drying

With 4 SII Dry Kilns, Y&Y Hardwoods LLC. has 300k board feet drying capacity. Our electronic drying system ensures the moisture content in our lumber drying is precise and has met a drying period of 160 degrees Fahrenheit for no less than 24 hrs.

Milling

We offer S2S of custom thickness per customer request while using a Newman 382 Planer.

Grade Certification

At Y&Y Hardwoods our lumber graders have been trained and are certified holders from the training school of the NHLA. Quality inspected lumber is assured for all our customer orders.

Piece Tallies

Upon request piece tallies is another service we offer our customers with precise lumber tallies to help our customers with their inventory
